• Diagnostic Evaluation 60 min $295

Therapy sessions are typically once per week.

Insurance

IN-NETWORK INSURANCE

I am in network with Gold Coast Health Plan/Carelon Behavioral Health. I do not bill other insurance companies or do Single Case Agreements.

OUT-OF-NETWORK INSURANCE

I am out-of-network with all insurance companies other than Gold Coast Health Plan/Carelon Behavioral Health. Your insurance may reimburse you for therapy with an out-of-network provider.

Practice Policies

YOUR LOCATION

I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in California. Due to licensing laws, I am only able to work with clients who are physically present in California at the time of our session. This policy includes existing clients who may be traveling or who move away to attend college.

TELEHEALTH

If we are doing online therapy, you will need reliable WiFi, privacy, and to be free from distractions. For safety and privacy purposes, I cannot see clients who are in a moving car or who are in a parked car with others present. Additional Telehealth policies will be provided in the onboarding process.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is held for you on a standing weekly basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, a 48 hour notice (2 business’ days) is required. Cancellations outside of this window will be charged the full session fee. Additional attendance policy details are provided in the onboarding process.
