Fee Schedule

Psychotherapy is provided by California Licensed Therapist, Teva Johnstone, LCSW, specializing in Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders. Therapy is offered in person in Ventura and online across California.

Payment Methods

All major credit or debit cards and HSA are accepted and charged to your account on the day of service.

Therapy Rates

• Individual Psychotherapy 50 min $225

• Initial Diagnostic Evaluation 60 min $275

In-Network Insurance

The practice is in network with Gold Coast Health Plan/Carelon Behavioral Health. This plan specific to Ventura County residents.

Out-of-Network Insurance

If you have a PPO, your insurance may reimburse you in part or in full for therapy with an out-of-network provider.

The practice is out-of-network with all insurance except Ventura County’s Gold Coast/Carelon. We can provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement for therapy from your insurance. Call member services on the back of your card to inquire about reimbursement terms.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is held for you on a standing weekly basis. If you need to cancel your session, a 24-hour notice is required or you will be charged the full session fee. Further cancellation policy details are outlined in your onboarding paperwork.
